Our consultants will work with you to understand your loved ones dementia as it is affecting them now, and as their disease progresses will advise, assist and support you to engage the services, aids and equipment that will allow them to continue living in the comfort of their own home.
At Complete Dementia Care we provide “one off”, short term case management, long term or crisis support. Regardless of the length of intervention we will meet with you and your loved one to identify the level of support and assistance you require, providing recommendations, education and support.
